With Oticon More 1, speech understanding is maximized by suppressing up to 10dB of noise in difficult listening situations, compared to 6dB for levels 2 and 3.
With a fitting bandwidth of 10kHz and extended dynamic input range of 113 dB SPL, Oticon More 1 provides the best sound quality. Level 2 and 3 has a fitting bandwidth of 8kHz and a fixed dynamic range of 95 dB SPL for level 3.
Oticon More 1 has 4 configurations of the Transient Noise feature offering the maximum level of listening comfort compared to the 3 configurations of levels 2 and 3. Oticon More 1 also gave the brain better access to speech around the wearer, as well as faster access to more of the meaningful sounds, in higher fidelity.
