Payment & Returns Policy
Full payment is required at the time you place your order, prior to HEARING AIDS 365 shipping the product to you.
You may return your hearing aids to us within 30 days of payment subject to you meeting our “Fair Play” criteria.
You provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Letter of explanation as to why you are returning the product
- Proof that the product received was not what was described on the website (eg sent you the wrong product) or the product was faulty. Postage cost will be covered by HEARING AIDS 365.
If these conditions are met and the findings show a product fault or did not deliver what was promised on the website, HEARING AIDS 365 will be more than happy to replace the same model or exchange your hearing aids for a different model of your choice within the same price range that is offered on our website. All Hearing Aids must be in as new resaleable condition. If the product is scratched, dented or tarnished in anyway, HEARING AIDS 365 reserves the right to reject the claim.
Purchasing the wrong product is not covered by our policy.

If you request a refund due to an incorrect purchase, PayPal refund fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
