How can I pay for my order?
All orders are processed online through Direct bank transer or Paypal.
If you don’t have a Paypal account, no problems as you have the option to pay with a credit card.

Can I buy hearing aids online?
Postage & Returns
Minimum spend for FREE postage?
Australian purchases: All orders over AU$100.00 come with free Australian wide delivery.
International purchases: All orders over AU$500.00 come with free international delivery.
Do You Offer Quick Delivery?
Yes. Once you have made a purchase and the funds are cleared, your order is packed, sealed and posted within the same business day. *If in stock and business hours are 9AM-5PM QLD. Subject to weekends and public holidays. If stock is unavailable, order could take 3 weeks to deliver.
Where Will My Hearing Aids Be Delivered?
Purchases of hearing aid devices will be posted directly to an audiologist of your choice. Hearing Aids 365 is 100% online retail store and don’t have a clinic. We can help you look for an audiologist if you don’t have one yet in order to book a fitting appointment and ship your hearing aids to the audiologist.
Can I pick up my items from your store?
No. Hearing Aids 365 is 100% online discount retail store and this is how we keep our overheads low and pass the savings onto you.
How do I return an item?
Express Post or courier the item and all packaging and contents in its original condition to:

Please note: Be sure to include a copy of the original receipt and your full name, email, contact number and address (where the original purchase was posted to). If you have a new address, please make sure you provide this address also.

What rebates are available?
Rebates are available from private health insurance when additional cover has been chosen for extras including hearing aids. These rebates typically vary from $300 to $1,500 per hearing aid.
For more information about your private health insurance cover, it’s best you contact your private health insurance company.

What about after-care service?
The aftercare service will depend on the third party audiologist providing the service and what level of service the buyer wants and is prepared to pay for.
Hearing Aids 365 does NOT provide the after-care service as normal audiological clinics as we are a discount online retail store.
Most audiologist will charge you approximately $1,250 for test, programming and adjustments for 12 months. You will need to call your audiologist to check on specific pricing.
If you crunch the numbers, you will still be saving thousands of dollars by purchasing the hearing aids directly from Hearing Aids 365.
How do I claim for lost or damaged hearing aids?
Our warranty does NOT cover loss or damage. We do recommend you have your hearing aids insured as part of your home and contents insurance.
